POLICE are investigating a broad daylight violent attack on a busy Port Glasgow road.
Officers say that a 33-year-old male was allegedly assaulted by another man near to a bus stop on the Clune Brae.
It's said that the incident happened on Tuesday March 19 some time between 3pm and 4pm.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "We are appealing for witnesses to contact us via 101 and quote incident number 2570 of the 19th March."
