TWO drivers have had a miraculous escape after their cars were involved in a crash on the main road between Greenock and Inverkip.
A pair of badly damaged vehicles were left stricken on the central reservation of the A78 near Spango Valley on Monday following an earlier collision.
Debris from the vehicles was left strewn across the carriageway, with fencing torn down on the central barrier.
Despite the damage to the vehicles, Police Scotland have today stated that no injuries were reported following the crash.
