MORTON have been drawn away to Queen's Park in the IRN-BRU Challenge Cup third-round.

The tie is scheduled to take place at the National Stadium on September 3.

Ton boss Jim Duffy says it could have been a bit easier had the game been at home, but he relishes the challenge of an away cup tie.

Duffy said: “An away draw is never easy regardless of the competition but we always enjoy a trip to Hampden and this will be no different.”

The draw took place at the Kelpies yesterday afternoon and will include, for the first time, two teams each from the Welsh Premier League and Northern Ireland Football League.
